Casa Milano srl was founded in 1980. From the beginning we have been located in Viale Piave 13 a Milano.

With over 20 years of experiences its founder Mr.Fabio Sandrini, currently the Regional President of the most prestigious association of property managers (ANACI), is a warranty of continuity and professionality of the services offered.

And has his office in Viale Piave 13, Milan since 1980

CAAM (Italian Association of Estate Agents )

1980 become a partner of Studio GEC.
  Inscribed in ANAI - FIABCI - CAAM following admission exam
1981 acquired the first administration of properties:
  buildings inVia Meravigli 2 and Santa Cecilia 2, Milan
1982 Property consultant of UPPI (the Union of small real estate owners)
  Nominated Provincial Secretary of 'ANAI.
1983 Nominated National Advisor of ANAI.
1984 Nominated National Advisor of UPPI UPPI.
1992 Acquisition of 85% of Casa Milano S.r.l. and nominated President
  Nominated Provincial Vice President of ANAI
1993 Nominated provincial adviser of 'UPPI.
1995 Nominated provincial and national adviser of 'ANACI. (Carica attualmente ricoperta)
  The 1st of October nominated Regional President of ANACI and still presently standing..
2001 Nominated into the committee of Property Stock Exchange of Milan
2001 Elected into Advisory Board of FIABCI Italia.
2003 Member of the Committee of Direction of "Immobili & Condominio" by Maggioli Editore.
